Q : Do we have a shop ?
A : We dont own a shop, we are just a online seller which we will only order when we receive order from customer.

Q : How long will it takes for me to receive my order ?
A : We normally place a order through our vendor once a month ( at the end of each month ) . Which mean that any order place between 1st day of the month or last day of the month will still be receiving the model around second week of the upcoming month .

Q : Where are you based at ?
A : We are based in Malaysia

Q : Do you ship worldwide
A : Yes, we do ship worldwide from Malaysia and payment are via paypal only . Except certain country that have high risk of lost. Please contact for further enquiry.

Q : What is the shipping method for domestic customer ?
A : We prefer Skynet to shipping within West Malaysia , And using Pos Laju for East Malaysia .However , still changeable depends on customer 's decision . Shipping rate are as below :

RM10 for first two 1:400 models with RM2 for each additional 1:400 model
RM10 for First 1:200 models ( hogan/risesoon/ Gemini @ Phoenix Narrowbody airplane ) and additional RM5 for additional 1:200 model
RM15 for first 1:200 full metal widebody airplane and additional RM10 for additional full metal widebody airplane

*Consider the heaviest as the first shipping rate

Q : What is your return policy ?
A : We accept returns within if the model is defect ( terms and condition applied ) and fully refund will be given @ Replacement model will be given
